Multilingual Teachers: Voices and Experiences in Education

This project sheds light on the lived experiences of multilingual teachers — how they navigate teaching, use their multiple languages, and manage cultural expectations in diverse classrooms. By interviewing teachers and gathering case studies, we aim to highlight the value of multilingual identities and advocate for recognition and support of multilingual educators in the profession.

Looking for: Teachers who identify as multilingual to share their stories, and educational leaders interested in inclusive teacher training.
